ChatGPT personalization or saved prompts: which to use

Saved prompts: one job, on demand
A saved prompt is a full instruction for a specific job: "Summarize this in three bullets for my manager", "Rewrite this to sound warmer", "Turn these notes into a to-do list". You send it when you need it, on the text you need it for.
